If you do, your romance will end before it even begins. The most important thing to remember is not to ever discuss Lyrium with Cullen. You can start romancing this character after arriving at Skyhold. If you are in another relationship with someone, don't bother trying – Cullen is only interested if you are completely single. If you are interested in starting a romance with Cullen, you'll need to be playing a female human or elf. The Inner Circle quests available from Cullen are Perseverance, Happier Times, and Before the Dawn. Cullen was also in the previous two Dragon Age entries. You can also have a romantic relationship with certain advisors if you choose.Ĭullen is a former Knight-Captain of the Templar Order, and he is in charge of the military forces. Because you are the head of the Inquisition, you'll need to take their wisdom into account when you are deciding on different courses of action. There are three advisors available, and each one has information about different aspects of the Inquisition and aspects of the game. This is obviously not a proper FIX to the problem, since you still have to trek back, and it does take a while, but if you spent hours on your character and don't want to lose them, this will at least save you from having to remake them, and give you a chance to save them.In Dragon Age: Inquisition, there are companions and advisors who help you throughout the game. Once you go far enough back to the start, the screen will go black, and the game will begin as normal(though the opening cut scene you were supposed to get earlier WILL be a little glitchy until your first choice). It will take some Skyrim-style mountain climbing, but you can do it. Go left and follow the path back to the first bridge. You'll find yourself overlooking the second broken bridge of the tutorial path(the one after the one you fall through with Cassandra). Follow it, and keep going until you get over the next hill of the mountain. If you face the stairs when you first end up there, go behind it and a little to the left, and you'll see a pretty wide gap in the mountains that is climbable. I knew being in the Fade like that wasn't normal, so I looked around the entire area, and I found a path on the far side.
